Mirror is the first single from Broads' upcoming sophomore album, due out early 2019.

Inspired by a Sylvia Plath poem of the same name, “Mirror” is an acerbic reflection on our often obsessive hunger for self-affirmation through the saccharine veils of social media.

“Mirror” is an auspicious introduction to the highly anticipated new album, which through Broads’ powerful lyrics, sharp imagery and dark undertones explores connectivity and attachment in a modern age that has given birth to both a culture of technophiles and narcissists, yet also the organic web of global communication, which keeps us connected and nourished.

‘If we die tomorrow, we die better for having had Day and Hendry sing to us’
(The Metal Dad)

"hauntingly beautiful, perfectly soothing"
